Shipping and Return Information
At Simple Natural Apothecary, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we have implemented clear and transparent shipping and return policies. Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Policy
Once you have placed an order with us, please allow 3-5 days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. Exceptions for Personalized Wellness Products. We take pride in creating our products with care, and often they are made per order to guarantee freshness and quality.
While we do our best to meet these shipping estimates, please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Simple Natural Apothecary. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30 or 180-day return policy on our items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. For the supplements with a 180 day return policy, these do not have to be unused.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at simpleandnaturalpersonalcare@yahoo.com and provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as when an item shows signs of use, or if it is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Sale items are also non-refundable.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us at simpleandnaturalpersonalcare@yahoo.com and provide details of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Shipping Costs
If you decide to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not properly tracked.
